Welcome to SortedPanda.com ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service and Refund Policy govern your access to and use of our web application, subscription passes, and live packing collaboration features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SortedPanda.com, creating an account via Google Sign-In, initializing a packing wizard, or purchasing a Packing Pass (Solo, Family, or Lifetime), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Account Responsibilities & Collaborator Permissions
The account owner is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for managing authorized emails invited to their routines.
When you enter third-party email addresses into the "Manage Collaborators" drawer to invite family members or roommates, you explicitly warrant that you possess the necessary authorization from those individuals to invite them to your routine.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Pricing Tiers
SortedPanda.com offers 3 tier options to access packing blueprints, cloud synchronization, and collaboration tools:
Solo Traveler Pass
₹249 / year
5 custom lists, single user experience.
Family Pass
₹499 / year
10 custom lists, live sync up to 4 members.
Lifetime License
₹999 One-Time
Unlimited custom routines, up to 25 members.
All financial transactions are securely processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited. SortedPanda.com does not store or process credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be completely confident when purchasing your Packing Pass. Our refund policy varies by tier as outlined below:
If you purchase the Forever License (₹999 Lifetime Pass) and are not completely satisfied with our service, you can request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
To initiate a refund, email support@sortedpanda.com with your order ID or email address. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days, after which your Lifetime access is revoked.
Annual Subscriptions (Solo & Family Passes):
- Cancellation: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time via your dashboard settings to stop automatic renewal for subsequent years.
- Partial Refunds: Annual plans provide immediate access to digital packing blueprints and cloud resources. Therefore, no prorated partial refunds are granted for unused months within an active annual billing cycle once the 7-day initial purchase period has elapsed.
5. Limitation of Liability ("The Missed Flight Clause")
SortedPanda.com is a digital productivity and checklist organizational tool. We provide pre-seeded item recommendations and live family sync to assist your preparation.
SortedPanda.com and its creators shall NOT be held legally or financially liable for missed flights, missed trains, excess baggage fees, lost luggage, damaged property, or forgotten items (including but not limited to passports, visas, medications, laptop chargers, or travel documents). The ultimate responsibility for physical packing and travel readiness rests solely on the user.
6. Fair Usage & System Abuse Policy
To ensure high platform availability and protect our intellectual property, users agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass tier collaboration limits or list restrictions through automated scripts or API exploits.
- Scrape or mass-export our 10 curated expert blueprints for commercial redistribution.
- Reverse engineer or disrupt our Firebase database infrastructure.
Violation of fair usage rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your workspace without a refund.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of SortedPanda.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
