By accessing or using Sorted Panda (accessible via sortedpanda.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any workspace lists created under your account. When inviting collaborators via email to your shared packing routines, you confirm that you have permission to send invitations to those recipients.
02. Subscriptions & Payment Processing
Sorted Panda offers annual subscription plans (Solo, Family & Crew) as well as a one-time payment Lifetime Pass. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Prices are displayed in local currencies (USD, INR, EUR, GBP, AUD) based on IP location or user selection.
03. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Annual Subscriptions
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time through your dashboard to prevent future automatic renewals. Cancellation stops future billing, but partial refunds are not issued for unused months during an active subscription period.

Sorted Panda, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall NOT be held legally or financially liable for any missed flights, train delays, cancelled connections, lost or damaged luggage, airline baggage fees, confiscated items, or forgotten travel documents (including passports, visas, permits, and vaccination certificates).
05. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Sorted Panda shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
