01. Information We Collect

At Sorted Panda, we respect your digital privacy. We only collect the minimal personal data required to provide a seamless travel packing experience:

    Google Sign-In Authentication Data: Your Google UID, email address, display name, and avatar URL provided upon login. Trip Checklists & Routines: User-created trip destinations, item names, check states, and custom categories. Collaborator Email Addresses: Email addresses you explicitly enter to invite travel partners to shared packing routines.
Zero Financial Data Storage

02. Payment Security & Processing

Sorted Panda does NOT collect, store, or process credit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on its servers.

All subscription and lifetime pass transactions are processed 100% by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Your financial information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Razorpay in full compliance with banking security standards.

03. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted enterprise cloud providers to deliver real-time features:

    Google Firebase / Firestore: Secures user authentication and provides real-time encrypted database synchronization across devices. Razorpay: Handles secure payment tokenization, multi-currency checkout, and billing receipts.

04. User Rights (DPDP & GDPR Alignment)

We operate in full alignment with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a user, you maintain complete ownership of your data:

    Right to Access & Export: View all active trips and routines stored under your account anytime. Right to Erasure: Delete any packing list workspace or request full account deletion. Collaborator Removal: Revoke sharing permissions or remove collaborator emails from your trips instantly.
